Kalo
Livadi
There
are three restaurants located across the car park
behind Kalo Livadi Beach all providing seating
under a pergola or beach service. This is a beach
that has become popular in the last few years
with the Greek 'elite' and yachting crowd, therefore
the restaurants are ever-changing to accommodate
these tastes, though in addition to a more upscale
dining experience, you can also find something
as simple as coffee or cold drink and a sandwich. |

Houlakia
Houlakia
Beach is not much of a beach if you are seeking
stretches of sand, but if you choose to witness
this environmentally protected, natural area made
up of magnificent, large stones, you will also
find a small taverna right on the beach with a
good view of the sunset. |

Platys Gialos
Platy
Gialos Beach is a family beach with a community-like
setting providing a wide assortment of tavernas,
restaurants, cafes and mini-markets scattered
along the sand. There are also restaurants in
some of the hotels on or near to the beach and
tavernas scattered along the road leading to Platy
Gialos. If you are traveling around via car or
motorbike, you will also find two supermarkets
and a green grocer along the road en route to
Platy Gialos. |

Kalafatis
Kalafatis
Beach has a restaurant on the far left of the
beach with a wide open terrace overlooking the
sea. Boats can dock right alongside this restaurant.
There is also a cafeteria - taverna across the
road from the beach at the far right that is frequented
by the wind surfing crowd. Along the main road
at the corner (the exit for Agia Anna Beach is
right and Kalafatis Beach is left), only a short
walk away, is a popular pizza restaurant and a
large taverna. Out on the point, a short distance
from the right side of Kalafatis is a small fishing
settlement with a cluster of traditional fish
tavernas overlooking the sea and the beach. |

Agia Anna
Agia
Anna is a small beach spoken of as being almost
a part of Paraga Beach, but in fact is just around
the corner...only a minute or two by foot...between
Paraga and Platy Gialos beaches. There are two
dining options on this little beach. One is an
open air fish restaurant with a moderate to upscale
menu and the other is a traditional fish taverna
with a more basic, moderately priced menu. These
two venues offer quiet, comfortable surroundings
under their pergolas with the shade of a few trees,
the sea lapping just a few meters away and a view
of Platy Gialos Beach. |

under the pergola and some tables right on the
beach; a stark white, lounge-type restaurant with
a bar as its focal point and quite a few tables

Agios

market next to a pub/restaurant on the coastal
road directly across from the beach and several

Elia
Elia
Beach has a busy, large restaurant right on the
beach offering snacks and a full menu of Greek
and international cuisine. Another gem of a restaurant
is up a set of steps on the left side with a terrace

to the chef to suggest culinary delights to satisfy
your taste buds. |

from the beach. As another dining option, a few
of the hotels in the Ornos Beach area have in-house
restaurants. |

Agios Ioannis
Agios
Ioannis Beach is most famous for the taverna where
part of the 1980's movie "Shirley Valentine"
was filmed. This is a very traditional, comfortably
casual taverna called Sunset. For those who want
to have a bit of the Shirley Valentine 'experience',
make your way to this beach to enjoy a meal while
looking out over the sea toward the island of
Delos or to experience the sun sinking into the
Aegean Sea. There is at least one up-market, hotel
restaurant along the main road (beyond the turn
off for the 'Shirley Valentine beach') if you
are looking for more international fare. Another
beachside restaurant
here is the Manoulas
Beach Taverna.

Megali Ammos
Megali
Ammos Beach is the beach nearest to Mykonos Town
and has a taverna located just a few meters from
the sea. This taverna has the rustic charm of
Mykonos in years' gone by when tourism first came
to the island. On the far left side of the beach
there is a large swimming pool that is part of
a hotel, where you can find snacks and drinks
available. |

 |
Panormos
The
casually chic restaurant under the parachute cloth
at Panormos Beach has become increasingly popular
in the last few years. It is a place you can enjoy
a meal or just hang out. If you are looking for
a different atmosphere, try the taverna, overlooking
the beach, on the hillside to the left. For a
snack, a little further to the left, you can find
a small, friendly, poolside cafe that is part
of a hotel. |

 |
Psarou
Psarou
Beach boasts casual to chic. You can choose from
an up-market restaurant or sushi bar that are
